Tbh, had a perfect 10/10 stay for one night. The place deserved 3 stars. The staff were very helpful lot of time. The hotel had a marvellous and comfortable position, in the middle of jackson.

The hotel was beautiful and modern with a sleek design. The room was cozy and had a small fridge and a coffee maker which was really convenient. The location was perfect, with many restaurants and shops all around. it was just a few miles from the highway, which made it really easy to get around.
We had some issues during our stay. The shower had some orange mold, which was really gross.

The place is pretty and clean, which is good. The room is okay for one night, but if you're planning on staying longer, you might want to check other hotels. The elevators are new, but they were not working properly. The staff was friendly, but they didn't offer any exceptional customer service. Also, the breakfast is not included and you have to pay for it.
The towels were missing, and there was no shampoo, conditioner, or soap in the room.
